Today I had the unfortuanate experience of taking one of my girls to be allergy tested..wow that was hard! I kept telling her through her tears we were doing it to find out why she has been sick. You know though I was thinking, am I allergic to sin and the things of the world? We live in the world so sometimes we build up a resistence to it, but as I sat there looking at her back watching the red spots get bigger and bigger I thought I really want it to be evident I'm allergic to sin and worldly things! These physical allergies has made her sick just as sin makes us very spiritually sick too if we continue in it, we need to take our daily "allergy shot" of the word to avoid the sickness of this world!
