Randal Hallford was called by the Lord at the age of nine, and was filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of twelve. He grew up in a Home Mission Pastor's home until college. After finishing his Ph.D. he was directed by the Lord to Wichita Falls Texas where he teaches at a University, and is involved in the ministry as a teacher and preacher. He has a fondness for languages and has just finished his first non-science book on the Ancient Hebrew Language.
