It Matters
You thought it didn't matter
how you lived your life.
You thought no one would see,
or they wouldn't care.
But it does make a difference,
in how you live,
for God sees and knows
all that we ever did.
You thought
you'd always have time,
that God would surely wait.
You thought you were special,
thus sealed your fate.
Now you know it did matter.
You see the diffrence it made.
Your life is spent in darkness,
your path led through hell's gate.

Raised in Sweet Home, Orgon, where I lived untill I was 18. Joined the Marine Corps and left for Boot camp December, 1974. Shortly after my youngest son was born, I enlisted in the Army Reserve (1985). I was a cook and NCOIC of food service with a hospital unit that was activated for Desert Sheld/Storm. I've now lived in Corvallis, OR for about 2 years. I had previously lived here from 1983 to 1995. The people here and wonderful friends, and love God.
