Prayer:
SPECIAL MP 11308
To You Father be the glory for all You have done! Today as I come before You again, I am asking You for a specific request that You bless the hearts and knees that bow before You and seek You and Your direction for this nation. Father for those who have put on the sackcloth and prayer today, as they come mourning and weeping unashamedly before You I ask You Father bless these humble hearts. For those who have chosen a path other than You have ordained, open the eyes, soften the hardened heart and let the scales fall off their eyes. Father we need a praying nation at least praying Christians called to be praying priest before you. Forgive us our prayerlessness, teach us to truly pray, to make supplication and intercession for once You looked for an intercessor and none was to be found and You brought judgment upon the land. Abba show Your people the true value of prayer, let them see how important prayer is through Jesus life an example. Father let us not take prayer for granted, help us not too pray amiss to shower upon our own lust and desires. Father there is no fire, flood or famine that can harm those who stand rightly before You. You will take us through every storm if we will meditate and pray and obey You. Father may our loved ones be covered in prayer and call the lost sheep to Yourself. Abba we need to be God Dependent, help us Father to cover our nations, families and friends in prayer. Father God whatever happens this election we know it is in Your purpose, though we have brought it on ourselves but we know You will take good care of us, no matter what happens. T is in You we trust and we know that You will never lead Your people astray even though we can fall away from truth if we choose. Abba fill our heart’s with truth, love and hope. Keep us in Your will so we will not be in Your way.
Father God we love You and we build our altars before You as Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in ancient days and we ask Your intervention one more time for our nation. Let a true repentance begin with Your people and may we rend our hearts and not our garments. Father God may our lives bring You glory and may Your strength arise in us, may our lips be filled with Your words, boldness to be Your Servants to a lost and dying world. Fearing not the rejection, the persecution nor the wicked. Father we sure do love You and we choose our King and our King is You. In Jesus we humbly pray and may You heal our lands and our body’s as we turn away from sin, tolerance and compromise back to the One true Living God who created everything. We bow now and we say Forever our King. Again Father let these who are covered in ashes, dressed in spiritual sackcloth and seeking You for the direction of America be blessed one hundred fold. Amen

Scripture :
Psalm 150
An exhortation to praise God
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
Monthly Poems:
What have you done for Christ?
What difference have you made
Because of your gratitude
For the terrible price He paid?
Have you thought of the wonderful love
Jesus has for you and me,
So great that He was willing
To die so we could be free?
What can you do for Christ?
The best thing to do is start
To accept this free gift of love
And welcome Him into your heart.
Then you become Christ’s hands,
To help those in need you meet,
To walk in the path where God leads
As you also become Jesus’ feet.
What will you do for Christ?
Will you change the way you live,
Speaking words of encouragement,
Looking for ways to give?
As you let the Holy Spirit
Flood your heart and fill your mind,
Then the peace that passes understanding
And joy are what you will find.

The Way GOD Sees
I look and see a helpless child,
who's weak and insecure.
GOD sees a mighty saint of GOD,
with faith that's strong and sure.
I see a mountain in my path,
too high, too wide to span.
GOD sees the tunnel going through
according to His plan.
I see the failures in my life,
that all the world can see.
GOD sees my failures turned to gain,
my loss to victory.
I see the wild and stormy seas,
with waves that crash and roar,
GOD sees the lighthouse guiding me
in safely to GOD's shore..
I see small puzzle pieces of life's
picture that I face,
GOD sees the final masterpiece,
with each small step I place.
Although my earth-dimmed eyes
can't see the plan GOD has for me,
I know He'll help me to be strong,
and win the victory!

Exciting News From The Mission Fields:
Brazil
Almost everyone that knows me knows I carry a deep burden for people that have not been baptized in Jesus Name.
At our ladies conference not long ago I invited a trinity missionary that I had met. She is an awesome singer and I sold 30 of her CD´s. She has such a beautiful spirit. I have kept her CD on my desk to remember to pray for her everyday.
I touched on the importance of the name of Jesus both each time I have been with her.
Today where she goes to church a city about 2 hrs or so from here their pastor called and said that the Lord had spoke to them about our message and wanted us to come today...I told them we could not come today but I would send a group of preachers next week. We will as Aquila and Priscilla, of long ago take them aside and explain more clearly the precious word of God.
So instead of 20 we were planning to baptize in Dec. It looks like there will be at least 40 to baptize.
Rejoice with us!
Sister Alvear and family
I am so excited and thrilled at what God is doing.

Auckland, New Zealand
Greetings in the Matchless, Powerful Name Of Our King and LORD, Jesus Christ!
30 Oct 08
We will find them on the highways and the byways! Priscilla Rewa Ruawhare was baptized into the saving name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. Sandy Chaney, a member of the POA met Priscilla at a local supermarket and was compelled to share the goodness of Jesus. Sandy taught her a quick bible study and on hearing the Gospel, Priscilla wanted to commit her life to God and be baptised. Our members at POA are taught and encouraged to boldly share the gospel wherever they go and as a result, the POA adult & youth are committed to reaching their communities, neighborhood and families for Christ. We are experiencing growth simply because the fires of revival have been fanned by new souls being added to the church on a regular basis. Praise God.
The excitement and the vital importance of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ must be taught and passed down in our churches today. Too often, we are tempted to plateau and 'take a break' from soul winning, fearing that we may not give enough time to discipling the new convert. This is contrary to what Jesus taught. If we seek His kingdom first, God will provide the way and the resources to disciple the new convert while at the same time, bring in the harvest. One of the primary functions of the Church is to spread the gospel and to focus on soul winning. This is the great commission found in Matt 28:19. We cannot make disciples UNLESS we first enable them to be born again into the Kingdom of God!
Your prayers for the work of God in Auckland, New Zealand is bearing fruit. Thank you.
Blessings
Ps Marshall

Trials Have a Purpose in the Will of God
James 1:1-4 (KJV) 1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting. 2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
James 1:12 (KJV) Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
There is a process going on in our lives. You encounter the "various trials" which test your faith and produces "steadfast endurance." This steadfast endurance produces spiritual maturity. In fact, there is no other way to produce it. It is certain that these trials will come to the believer and we should make up our minds before they come how we will meet them when they come. They will come in all kinds of varieties including sickness, persecution, isolation, poverty, etc.
The word "testing" in verse three is the word for sterling coinage that is proven genuine and unalloyed. It was pure gold and pure silver that had been tried and tested to be true. Trials have a way of separating "lip service" from the real thing.
James says you have come to know (ginosko) by experience "that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing" (vv. 3-4).
Notice how James states this purpose in verse three, "The testing (peirasmos) of your faith produces endurance." This "endurance" is literally an abiding under, the ability to turn trials into greatness for God’s glory. Out of this testing comes unswerving constancy. The steadfastness comes as a product of the trials. "Patience" is too passive here. This is a frame of mind that endures with steadfastness.
When we see these trials or thorns in life as tests designed by God to stretch our faith and cause us to grow we will have the right attitude toward them and God. They are messengers sent from God that help us to grow in our faith and in our likeness of Jesus Christ. God’s purpose is to cause us to mature and grow spiritually. Pistis or faith is used in an active sense of believing which is directed toward God and Christ. It is the basic attitude of the believer toward God. The foundation is our justification by faith in Christ. Out of that intimate personal relationship with Christ comes this rich fruit.
This "testing" comes from the word, dokimos meaning "approval." Archaeologists in the Near East have discovered pottery that had a mark on it that proved that the pottery had gone through the furnace without cracking, and therefore was approved. They were approved after testing, or as we would say, "tested and approved" and were then deemed genuine.
God's purpose is to encourage personal and spiritual maturity. He puts us in the furnace so these old clay pots of ours will mature in the trials of life without a crack. What does God see when He holds our lives up to His holy light? God’s purpose is to produce "endurance."
The original word for endurance is hupomeno, literally meaning, "to abide under." Hard times make us "perfect and complete, lacking in nothing" (v. 4b).
James has in mind the Old Testament idea of perfection as a right relationship with God expressed in obedience and unblemished life. They make us mature or reach the intended end that God desires for us. You could translate the word for "perfect" (teleios) as finished, complete, perfect, maturity, fully developed. It is the perfection toward a given end or goal. God’s goal is that we become like Jesus Christ, perfect, full grown, mature in Christ (Col. 1:28).
This steadfast endurance has its task to accomplish in the believer. It provides the atmosphere in which other spiritual virtues can grow. The steadfast endurance leads on to complete perfection of Christ likeness.
If we are "complete" (holokleros) we are sound in every part, entire, perfect through out. It was used of animals that were brought before the priest to be sacrificed, and of men who were fit to serve God. These sacrifices were "complete," that is without blemish. Thus the mature believer is whole, complete, undamaged, intact, and blameless. The trials bring to our awareness our weak spots so we can allow God to apply His grace and power to those areas of our lives.
God uses trials to prove our faith in Him is genuine. Our character is refined in the pressures of life and we see its beauty and likeness in Christ when He blows away the ashes (cf. Job 23:10; 1 Peter 1:7).
Sisters and Brothers many of us are going through trials and testings , some are physical , emotional , financial , spiritual and family situations. There are days when we wonder if we can make it through but let me assure you that with Jesus by our side we will be victorious and each time we go through a trial or test our faith will grow that much stronger in the Lord . That has and is happening to me in my personal life .Lets praise the Lord when we face things that seem to be so difficult to overcome and we will soon fine that we will overcome and draw closer to our Lord.
God bless you today and I pray that this little message will help us all as we face lifes stresses
Special Request:
My Dear Friends & Beloved Family;
A prisoner I have been writing to really needs some great Bible studies, tracts, whatever you can send. Like all prisoners, he is looking for a pen pal, but if you have your church members write to him, I suggest a male, to avoid any problems that could possibly arrive? He can see the falsehood of the ministries coming into the system there, so he & others have decided to study on their own. To prevent him & them from studying anything they can get their hands on, I am asking all of you for help in supplying him w/ studies in Truth, tracts, & anything else you can send to him, that will lead him in the right direction? Thank you for whatever help you can offer this young man.
GOD Bless You In JESUS Name;
Bro. Rodney
